When those fibers clump together, the lens loses its clarity, leading to blurred vision and, if left untreated, complete blindness.

Those cloudy spots on your lens are made of excess protein, so adding papaya (and papain) to your regular diet can considerably reduce the occurrence of cataracts.

Castor oil
Take some castor oil and collect it in a sterilized dropper.
Add one drop of the oil in each eye, After application, you can sit with your eyes closed for about 15 minutes. The cloudiness will subside, and you can go about your daily routine.

Take a couple of drops of castor oil on your fingertips and rub them together to warm the oil a bit.
Massage the oil under your eyes for a minute.
